Only clients who have received an email confirmation from PayPal or The P Spot® are considered “registered” for class.

Who can attend classes?:
Daily Exoterobics® classes are for women ONLY*, ages 18 & up.

*Men may only attend Private Group Classes. (Please call for details.)

Attire
Participants should wear normal athletic/fitness clothing.
This includes but is not limited to all TPS company apparel, t-shirts, shorts, spandex pants, sports bras, etc.

Footwear
Participants in Exoterobics® classes may wear high heel shoes** or sneakers.

**Clients may only wear shoes purchased or rented from The P Spot®.
Clients may workout in high heel shoes at their own risk. Shoe purchases and rentals can be made online or in person.

Late/Punctuality Policy
All classes will begin on time. Clients have a 5-minute grace period for entry after the scheduled start time of each class.
There will be no further admittance thereafter.
*** Clients who arrive after the 5-minute grace period will be regarded as "no-shows,"
and will not be eligible for any refunds, credits or exchanges. (Get up to the minute traffic reports for your route at
www.traffic.com)

***This does not apply to Private Group Sessions, parties and instance of inclement weather. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption is prohibited at The P Spot. Participants who exhibit symptoms of being intoxicated will be asked to sit out of all activities.

Photographic & Video Cameras
The P Spot prohibits the use of photographic and/or video cameras during daily group exercise classes. Photographic cameras may be used during
private group sessions (in-studio and out-of studio) at the discretion of the participants. Video recording is prohibited during all sessions.
General Guidelines
The Registration Process
Registration is required for all classes.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN CLIENTS!
Changes, Cancellations and Missed Classes
Changes can be made at anytime and may be subject to penalties.

Advance Notice (24-hour notice)
Clients who request class cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before their class are eligible to receive a credit worth the
full amount of their class or they may reschedule their class.
* This excludes registrants in classes that are full.

Last Minute Notice (Less than 24-hour notice)
Clients who request class cancellations or changes within 24 hours of their class or who fail to notify The P Spot® of their absence
will
not receive a refund nor will they be able to reschedule their class. This includes changes in class type, date and time.

No-Shows (No Advance Notice or Late Arrivals)
Clients who fail to attend the class for which they are registered due to lateness, last minute notification or a failure to show-up for
any reason will be regarded as "no-shows," and will not be eligible for any refunds, credits, exchanges or make-ups.

Changes to Classes that are Full/Closed to Additional Participants
Clients who request cancellations or changes to classes that are full at the time of the request will not receive a credit or a refund.
Clients may reference the
registration page of this website to check if a class is full or closed.

Multi-Class Packages
Classes purchased within a class package are handled in accordance with the policies stated above. Cancellations or changes eligible
for a full or partial credit will be added back to class package credit and must be used by its expiration date.  

Substitutions
To avoid the penalties associated with class cancellations and changes, clients may find a substitute to attend the class in their place.
(The substitute must be a woman at least 18 years old.) Upon finding a replacement, the original client must provide The P Spot®
of the substitute’s name, and the specific class for which she is a substitute. Only once the substitute arrives and pays for the class will
the original registrant receive a credit worth the full amount of their purchase. Participants needing assistance locating a
substitute should
contact The P Spot® and ask to be added to the online Sub Request group.

Private Group Class Cancellations/Changes
Private group classes are non-refundable. Cancellations and changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations and changes made at least 14 days prior to the session will result in a company credit (minus a $50 change fee)
that may be used towards future classes, parties or specialty services. Clients who request cancellations or changes within
14 days of the session will NOT be granted any changes and/or credits.

*   Does not apply to full class registrants.
1 ) Submit your request via the "Online Registration" option or "Manual Registration" option offered on the
"
Registration" page of this website.

2) Online registrants are confirmed for their class(es) as soon as they complete payment. A PayPal receipt will
appear on the screen immediately after the payment is processed and clients will also receive a Paypal receipt via
email.  Both are proof of your registration.

3) Manual registrants must receive email correspondence directly from The P Spot® confirming their request(s).
Only once a client receives a confirmation email is she registered for her class(es) and therefore, bound to our
protocols, policies and procedures. Keep your this confirmation for your own records.
Payment
Forms of Payment
The P Spot® accepts payments made through PayPal, by credit cards, by debit cards, using TPS Bucks and/or gift certificates issued by PayPal
or The P Spot®. Cash payments are accepted for in-studio transactions such as the purchase of gripping solution or shoe rentals.

Under special circumstances, The P Spot® may allow clients to use a check to pay for  products and services. In this case,
clients must have a valid credit card on file and must pay a $30 return check fee if the check is returned to us for any reason.

Paying for Class
Clients must pay for all class(es) in advance. Only once a payment is received is a client considered “registered.” Clients must
register for class via the
Online Registration or Manual Registration process.

Paying for Merchandise
Clients may purchase apparel, shoes, poles and any merchandise online via this website and/or PayPal.
Private Sessions
Personal Training Sessions
Consultations are required for all new personal training clients.

Scheduling
New and existing clients must call our studio to schedule assessments, consultations and/or training sessions.
All training sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment
All sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
There are no refunds for personal training, consultations or assessments purchases. If clients need to change or cancel their appointments,
at least a 48-hour advance notice is required. If a 48-hour advance notice is provided, clients may receive a company credit in the amount
of their subtotal and use this credit toward a future session, another service or product. Clients who fail to give at least a
48-hour advance notice regarding a change or cancellation will neither receive a credit nor a refund.

Consultation fees are converted into a company credit once the consultation has been completed.
This credit may only be applied to the purchase of future personal training packages.

Private Group Sessions & Lessons
Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside The P Spot®'s fitness facility. Participants are strongly urged to avoid alcohol consumption at
least 2 hours prior to all sessions. At the discretion of the instructor, participants who appear intoxicated or unfit to participate in
the scheduled activities, may be asked to sit out of some or all elements of the session.

Payments and Reservations
A payment in full is required at the time of booking. We strongly suggest booking sessions as far in advance as possible,
to avoid potential conflicts with pricing and availability.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds (In-Studio Sessions)
There are NO refunds for private group session bookings.

Cancellations and changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to your session. Cancellations and changes made at least 14 days prior to
the session will result in a company credit (minus a $50 change fee) that may be used towards a another session, class or specialty service.

Clients who request cancellations or changes within 14 days of the session will NOT be granted any changes and/or credits.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds (On-th-Go Sessions)
Deposits are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. Cancellations and/or changes must be requested at least 14 days prior to the
date of your On-the-Go session. If you cancel your session with at least a 14-day advance notice, then you will be eligible for a refundable for
a refund minus your $200.00 deposit. If you change the date, time or option of your session with at least a 14-day advance notice, then you
will be eligible for a reschedule your party; a $50 change fee may be applied to you booking fee in this instance. There are no refunds,
exchanges or transfers for cancellations or changes requested within 14-days of your scheduled session.

Photos
Photo cameras are allowed in private sessions and participants may take photos of other participants during the session if the hostess and the other
participants agree to this. Persons taking and/or posting any photos of our instructors must first obtain the approval of The P Spot
®.

Video Cameras
The P Spot® prohibits any video recording during private group sessions. Recording sessions at our study infringes on The P Spot®'s
rights under copyright laws and we reserve the right to stop instruction if video recording is pursued.
Merchandise
Refunds
There are no refunds or echanges on clothing, shoe, pole, video or any other product purchases.
Credits, P Points & Gift Certificates
Credits in Class Packages
Class package credits for 5-class packages expire 35 days (5 weeks) from the date of the first class used in the package.
Class package credits for 10-class packages expire 70 days (10 weeks) from the date of the first class used in the package.

Usage
Class Package Usage: Credits in a given class package may only be used by one person at a time.

P Points & Gift Certificate Usage: P Points and credits associated with gift certificates may be exchanged between clients

P Points
P Points expire 1 month from the date they are issued.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased by one client for another, do not have an expiration date.
Inclement Weather Policy
During inclement or severe weather conditions, The P Spot® considers the information provided by local weather sources.

If a class is NOT canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, then all registrants are expected to attend class.
On days affected by rain, snow or icy storms, where traffic and road conditions are altered, The P Spot® will be more lenient
with its late and admission policies; so all participants should consider safety first.

If a class is canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, The P Spot® will exhaust all means to relay the
cancellation to class registrants in a timely fashion. This may include: (1) placing a call to all affected participants;
(2) sending an email to all affected participants; (3) posting a message on our company website.

If a class is canceled by The P Spot® due to inclement weather, then you will receive a company credit so that you may
reschedule your class(es). Affected participants will be sent an email with instructions on how to reschedule their class(es).
