"I started at The P Spot because I despise exercise of any kind and this seemed like a better approach to getting fit while having fun. Michaela makes each class go by quickly, however with the pain (good pain) that I felt the day after my first class, I would have never guessed It was only in class for 45 minutes. Each class hits different muscles in my body, including muscles that I did not even know I had!

"I had my first class (strip aerobics)and it was truly an inspiration for me, because when it comes to exercise, hurting and realized there were muscles in my body that I didn't even know existed, (but it's nothing that a little soak in the bath with Epsom salt won't heal.) I suffer chronic lower back problems, and every morning I wake up with cramps in my back - prior to attending your class I thought about not going because I didn't want my back to hurt although I had sore legs & knees, my back felt a little better than normal. I couldn't complete the entire class without stopping to take a breather and wondering if you were going to ever give us a water break. But that work out you gave me made me realize that I need to get in shape, stay in shape and learn how to "bring it Up Sexy" Hopefully by the time I reach my birthday in December(3 mos away)and continue your classes, I will be able to bring it up ALL the way sexy! As a physical therapist, I appreciate the dynamics of Michaela’s classes for working muscles through full ranges of motion, using body weight as resistance, and challenging muscles to the point of fatigue.
