"I started at The P Spot because I despise exercise of any kind and this seemed like a better approach to
getting fit while having fun. Michaela makes each class go by quickly, however with the pain (good pain) that
I felt the day after my first class, I would have never guessed It was only in class for 45 minutes. Each class
hits different muscles in my body, including muscles that I did not even know I had!

Right now I am trying to get toned for my wedding on June 5th. Michaela's encouragement as well as the

"I had my first class (strip aerobics)and it was truly an inspiration for me, because when it comes to exercise, hurting and realized there were
muscles in my body that I didn't even know existed, (but it's nothing that a little soak in the bath with Epsom salt won't heal.) I suffer chronic
lower back problems, and every morning I wake up with cramps in my back - prior to attending your class I thought about not going because I
didn't want my back to hurt although I had sore legs & knees, my back felt a little better than normal. I couldn't complete the entire class without
